Job summary

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California, seeks a Clinical Dietitian responsible for providing evidence-based nutritional care to patients. Qualifications

• Completion of all academic and supervised practice requirements by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Must maintain Certification in Food Service Sanitation from the Department of Health.
• Registered Dietitian or must pass the Commission on Dietetic Registration exam within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress in collaboration with the interdisciplinary medical team.
• Educate patients and families on dietary modifications.
