Augusta Health is hiring a Clinical Dietitian to deliver nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy integrated with patient care goals in a Virginia hospital. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nutrition interventions, documenting progress and outcomes within the patient’s medical record.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from a USDE‑accredited program.
• ACEND‑accredited DPD and internship completed.
• Registered Dietitian or eligible within 90 days of hire.
• Less than 6 months’ clinical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct nutrition screens and assessments; develop individualized plans.
• Evaluate effectiveness and progress of medical nutrition therapy.
• Document nutrition care plans in patients’ records (assessment, diagnosis, plan, progress).
• Provide nutrition counseling for individuals and groups; educate staff as needed.
• Maintain dietetic registration through continuing education requirements.
• Perform other related assignments as delegated by management.
