Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Or Registered Dietitian Eligible (RDE) with Verification Statement.
• State licensure as required varies by state.
• Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents, focusing on nutritional needs and well-being.
• Collaborate with dietitians and facility clinical teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans and ensure high-quality care.
• Complete clinical assessments, chart in the EMR, and attend care progress meetings.
• Conduct meal rounds as needed, complete sanitation audits, and approve dietary menus.
