Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of clinical nutrition and dietary management for various health conditions.
• Licensure as an RDN and LD in applicable state(s).
• Experience collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and health plans to develop personalized dietary-care plans.
• Consult with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate medical and nutritional needs.
• Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits and dietary modifications.
• Document patient care and track progress toward dietary health goals.
• Stay informed on the latest nutritional research and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.
