Responsibilities

• Identifies nutrition problems and documents plan of care including diet orders.
• Collaborates with the interprofessional team to implement nutrition therapy and care plans.
• Reviews current research and evidence to inform practice.
• Educates patients and families on nutrition plans and outcomes.
