Job summary

Baylor Grapevine Medical Center, part of Baylor Scott & White Health, is seeking a Clinical Dietitian I to provide nutrition therapy and education for patients, families and community members. The role involves nutrition assessments, care plan development, and both individual and group counseling.

The incumbent will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stay current with nutrition knowledge, and potentially participate in grant-related research and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in dietetics or related field.
• Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification/licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs nutrition assessments and develops care plans.
• Provides nutrition counseling to patients and families.
• Develops and delivers nutrition education for staff and community.
• Maintains knowledge of nutrition services through literature and training.
• Participates in health fairs and community events.
