Qualifications

• Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Licensed Dietitian in TN, willing to obtain licenses in AR, MS.
• Previous experience in healthcare and remote work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments.

• Provide nutrition guidance to patients and staff.
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives.
• Partner with food service management.
• Train staff and dietetic interns.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
• Partner with food service management to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
• Licensed Dietitian in TN and willing to obtain a license in AR, MS, or the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; prior remote experience preferred.
