Job summary

Innovative Hematology, Inc. seeks a Registered Dietitian to deliver medical nutrition therapy for pediatric and adult patients with rare blood disorders.

You will work across clinic, outreach, telehealth, and community settings as the nutrition subject-matter expert within a multidisciplinary team. You will lead nutrition program design and improvement, establish goals and workflows, and coordinate with clinical and operational leaders to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited dietetics program.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience providing clinical nutrition services in a healthcare setting; pediatric experience preferred.
• Current, active Indiana dietitian license and current RD/RDN registration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments in clinic and outreach settings and document findings.
• Develop and update individualized nutrition plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of the clinical nutrition program with leadership collaboration.
• Provide education and resources to patients and families and coordinate follow-up.
• Represent IHI as nutrition expert in professional and community initiatives.
