Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Clinical Dietitian in Lafayette Hill, PA to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in a two-community LTC setting. You will assess and develop care plans for patients, educate families and staff, and apply evidence-based nutrition care within facility protocols.

You must be an RDN with CDR or RD eligible; state licensure is required where applicable. Eligible professionals join a team with education, advancement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian with a valid CDR # or RD eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice where applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Education: guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies for patients, families, staff, and community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply latest research in line with policies and facility protocols.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of staff and interns where applicable.
