Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition counseling and develop nutritional care plans.
• Assess nutritional needs and create care plans for diverse patients.
• Screen for nutritional risk and document needs timely.
• Deliver diet and food drug interaction instructions.
• Attend care conferences and maintain patient privacy.
