Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Greater Indiana North is seeking a Registered Clinical Dietitian to plan regular and modified diets for patients as prescribed by Medical Staff. The role includes visiting patients, counseling on nutritional needs, and participating in hospital and community education programs.

The dietitian will assist with ongoing QA/QI activities and must be registered and licensed to practice in the state.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) and licensed in the practicing state.
• 3 years of clinical experience preferred; rehabilitation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan regular and modified diets for patients as prescribed by Medical Staff.
• Routinely visit patients and counsel them on nutritional needs.
• Participate in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs.
• Assist with maintenance of the department’s QA/QI plan.
