Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to assess nutritional needs and create individualized, evidence-based care plans for inpatients and outpatients. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.

You will educate patients and families on nutrition-related topics, document progress in the EMR, and support quality and safety initiatives within a mission-driven community health setting.
