Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize orders and perform nutrition assessments.
• Develop care plans and provide nutrition education to patients.
• Document care plans and monitor intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide guidance on meals and nutrition education materials respecting cultural diversity.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and patient satisfaction goals.
