Job summary

Compass Group USA seeks a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting at Morrison Healthcare in Atlanta, GA. You will work with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

You’ll engage in education, mentorship, and professional development while contributing to quality improvement initiatives and coordinating with the food service team to achieve patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• RDN or CDR eligible required.
• Licensed Dietitian in the practice state preferred or willing to obtain.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Education: advise on nutrition and lifestyle for long-term wellness for patients, families, and staff.
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply latest research per diet manual and facility protocols.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: work with food service management to meet patient satisfaction goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of staff and interns.
