Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks a Clinical Dietitian to oversee nutrition care for patients in Chicago. The role requires weekday availability, 7:00 am–3:00 pm, with holidays on rotation. Per diem or part-time options may apply.

You will assess malnutrition risk, develop diet plans, document care electronically, and coordinate enteral/parenteral nutrition with the care team. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree.
• Illinois State license as Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and RD registration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary medical team; strong computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nutrition care delivery for assigned patients.
• Identify malnutrition risk and perform nutrition assessments with data from medical records and interviews.
• Document all nutrition care electronically.
• Plan and evaluate enteral nutrition prescriptions and coordinate parenteral nutrition as needed.
• Provide diet therapy guidance and follow-up with patients and families.
• Attend rounds and meetings; participate in quality improvement efforts.
