Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and patient education in an acute care setting.
• Develop individualized care plans and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Deliver evidence-based nutrition care in accordance with policies.
• Support staff and dietetic interns with education and training as applicable.
• Contribute to ongoing quality and performance improvement initiatives.
