Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
- Healthcare experience preferred—new grads encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Nutrition Care: Provide medical nutrition therapy and develop individualized care plans.
- Education: Educate patients, families, staff on nutrition and wellness strategies.
- Evidence-Based Practice: Apply diet manuals, policies, and protocols for high-quality care.
- Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaboration & Service Excellence: Work with food service management to support patient satisfaction.
- Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of dietetic interns and staff.
