Job summary

Compass Group's Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time Dietitian in Fort Smith, AR to join our inpatient clinical nutrition team. You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education in an acute care setting, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is an RDN or eligible for the CDR exam, with a commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the practice state as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition assessments.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to support patient care.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition education to patients, families, and staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement and care standards within the unit.
• Engage in mentorship and professional development as applicable.
