Job summary

Compass Group USA seeks a Clinical Dietitian at Henry Ford Warren in Madison Heights, MI to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and provide education to patients, families, and staff.

Role requires RDN eligibility, licensure, and healthcare experience; NEW GRADS welcome. The position offers robust education reimbursement, career growth, and relocation support benefits.

Qualifications

Must be Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice or willingness to obtain licensure.
Healthcare experience preferred; new grads welcomed.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Provide nutrition education to patients, families, staff, and community.
Apply evidence-based practices in line with policies and facility protocols.
Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives (QAPI).
Collaborate with food service management to support patient satisfaction and care goals.
Mentor and develop dietetic interns and staff as applicable.
