Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Florida seeks a dietitian/nutritionist to assess, plan, and implement individualized nutrition therapy programs for patients. The role covers inpatient and outpatient care with occasional weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

The candidate will work with an interdisciplinary team, contribute to education efforts, and may participate in presentations and publications to advance clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Current CDR registration or RD eligibility with successful registration within 6 months of hire date.
• Temporary Florida licensure required if not licensed in Florida.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred; clinical experience in an acute care hospital during a Dietitian externship will be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement nutrition treatment programs for individual patients.
• Provide care for inpatient and/or outpatient caseload.
• Occasional weekend and/or holiday coverage if staffing requires.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team on patient needs.
• Contribute to presentations, publications, supervision of students/interns, and education efforts to advance the Clinical Ladder.
