Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Sacramento is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutrition care across our centers and tele-behavioral platform. You will perform nutrition assessments, develop care plans, and monitor progress to support patients with eating disorders and related conditions.

Responsibilities include counseling, meal planning, and coordinating educational materials, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field is required.
• Registered Dietitian license required.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of nutrition care, including assessment, care planning and monitoring.
• Provide diet, supplement, and enteral/parenteral nutrition recommendations.
• Implement and monitor patient meal plans and provide nutrition counseling.
• Develop and update educational materials for patients.
• Coordinate meal planning groups and supervise meal/snack activities.
• Document clinical information in patient charts.
• Coordinate grocery shopping and restaurant outings.
• Run meal planning and cooking groups.

How you’ll serve our patients

As a clinical professional at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be part of a team that delivers hands‑on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation, or virtually through our tele‑behavioral health platform.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

• Perform all phases of nutrition care, including nutrition assessment, care planning and monitoring
• Provide recommendations for diet, supplements and enteral/parenteral nutrition
• Implement and monitor individual patient meal plans
• Provide individualized nutrition counseling
• Be responsible for developing, reviewing and updating educational materials to meet the needs of patients
• Provide meal/snack support and supervision
• Provide clinical documentation in patient charts
• Run meal planning and cooking groups
• Coordinate and attend grocery shopping and restaurant outings

Must haves

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field
• Registered Dietitian license
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation starting range for Clinical Dietician is $66,600 - $100,000.

Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience and education.
