Job summary

This role requires keeping abreast of the latest nutritional science trends and effectively communicating dietary plans and advice to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and current health plans to develop and implement personalized dietary-care plans and provide nutritional counseling.
• Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate medical and nutritional needs; provide nutritional support for a variety of health conditions.
• Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits, dietary modifications, and nutrition management for improved overall health outcomes.
• Document patient care and track progress towards dietary health goals, adapting plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Stay informed on the latest nutritional research and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.

Qualifications
