Job summary

Qualifications

• Educate patients and families on healthy eating habits, dietary modifications, and nutrition management.
• Document patient care and track progress towards dietary health goals, adapting plans as necessary.
• Stay informed on the latest nutritional research and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical nutrition and dietary management for various health conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in nutritional planning software and patient care documentation systems.
• Ability to educate and motivate patients to adhere to dietary recommendations.
