Health Here in Ohio is seeking a registered dietitian nutritionist to join our faith-based healthcare team. You will conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and manage nutrition support in inpatient and outpatient settings.

• Evidence-based practice and accurate nutrition assessments.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning.
• Experience with enteral/parenteral nutrition support.
• Proficient in EHR documentation.
