Unidine at Abbey Delray Beach South seeks a Clinical Dietitian to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

You will assess nutritional needs, develop care plans, educate patients and families, and participate in QAPI initiatives, while adhering to the facility's policies and the diet manual. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule in an LTC environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long‑term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable

Salary: $75K–$80K
