Aramark Healthcare+ seeks a Full-Time Clinical Dietitian for South Georgia Health System in Brunswick, GA. Open to RD eligible and experienced dietitians.

In this role, you will assess nutritional status, develop personalized plans, educate patients and families, collaborate with care teams, and monitor progress in a busy clinical environment. Opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition or related field.
• RD certification or RD eligible.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian status in Georgia or able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on medical history and needs.
• Provide education and counseling on nutrition and healthy eating habits.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement clinical nutrition protocols and best practices.
• Monitor patients’ progress and modify plans as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with nutrition research and developments.

Schedule

Monday - Friday with One Weekend Coverage per Month. Flexible Hours.

About the Hospital

South Georgia Health System - Brunswick Campus is located in Georgia’s Golden Isles, mid-way between Jacksonville, Florida and Savannah, Georgia. It is anchored by a 300-bed hospital with specialties including orthopedics, cancer care center, senior care center and robotic surgery. The Health System serves as the regional medical center for residents of five counties in Southeast Georgia.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on their medical history, current health status, and specific needs
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and best practices for nutrition care
• Monitor patients' progress and make modifications to their nutrition plans as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical nutrition
