Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Dietitian at Ashtabula Regional Medical Center in Ashtabula, Ohio. This position will see inpatient and outpatients on our hospital campus.

Relocation assistance of $3,000 is available. Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating weekends. The salaried range is $60,000–$65,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) / Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required.
• At least 1 year of clinical practice experience preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian status in Ohio or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for helping patients achieve optimal health through proper nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on medical history and needs.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families on nutrition and healthy eating.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement nutrition care protocols.
• Monitor progress and modify nutrition plans as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with current research in clinical nutrition.

About the Hospital: Ashtabula County Medical Center is an affiliate of Cleveland Clinic, which was ranked second in the United States by U.S. News & World Report. It has a usual census of 60-85 patients and just opened a new patient tower. The hospital operates the county's only cardiac catheterization lab and behavioral medicine unit, in addition to a sleep disorders lab, as well as many specialized services.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $60,000- $65,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
