Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Dietitian at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in nutrition or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on medical history and current health status.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families on nutrition and healthy eating habits.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical nutrition protocols and best practices.
• Monitor patients’ progress and modify nutrition plans as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest research in clinical nutrition.

About the Hospital: Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital is a 690-bed, general medical and surgical hospital that offers a wide range of services, including emergency care, surgery, cardiology, neurology, oncology, pediatrics, and women's health. The hospital is a Level II trauma center and Level III NICU, which provides specialized care for critically ill newborns.
