Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE in Spokane Valley is seeking a licensed Dietitian for part-time (0.8 FTE) day shifts to provide medical nutrition therapy and coordinate care across hospitalized and outpatient populations.

Responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, promoting wellness, adjusting care plans, documenting actions, and delivering excellent patient service. A WA DOH license within 90 days of hire is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Registered Dietitian Credential (CDR) with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Certified Dietitian license through WA DOH within 90 days of hire.
• Registered Dietitian Credential (RD) with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Job description

FTE: .8; Shift: Day; Schedule: 8 hr shifts. Applicant’s willingness to cross train at another facility will increase available shifts.

• Assess patients’ needs, make and/or revise individualized care plans, provide education and document actions in compliance with all regulatory and organization standards based on the patients’ health care needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service in support of our organizational values while serving a diverse population.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Certified Dietitian license through WA DOH within 90 days of hire.
• Registered member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferred.
• Registered Dietitian Credential (CDR) with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Minimum two (2) years clinical dietetics experience preferred.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $31.32 - $45.09 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
