42 North Dental in Boston, MA seeks a Clinical Dental Director to lead patient care and collaborate with specialists. You will serve as the primary care provider for a steady patient flow and guide associates, while expanding growth in specialty departments within the practice.

In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. Equity and quarterly bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits, accompany this role; daily rate is $200,000–$400,000 USD.

Formación

• 3+ years of demonstrated success in a fee-for-service practice.
• Significant chair-side experience and excellent team building and leadership skills.
• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care while managing day-to-day operations with a practice management team.
• Act as primary care provider for a generous patient flow and mentor associates.
• Collaborate with specialists to expand growth in specialty departments (periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics).
• Oversee in-office specialty services to facilitate complete dental care for patients.
