42 North Dental is seeking a Clinical Dental Director in the United States to lead clinical operations and patient care across our specialty services. The role focuses on strong team-building, leadership, and delivering comprehensive dental care in a multi-specialty setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a fee-for-service practice, a DDS/DMD from an ADA CODA-accredited program, and active BLS/CPR certification.

• Ability to collaborate with dental specialists to expand growth in specialty departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care while managing day-to-day operations with a practice management team.
• Mentor and lead associates and collaborate with specialty providers.
• Support in-office specialty services (periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics).
• Oversee the patient experience from exam to treatment planning and delivery.

Compensation:

• The average income for a director in our practices was $400K+ last year

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of demonstrated success in a fee-for-service practice setting along with a desire to provide direct patient care while managing day-to-day operations with the assistance of a proven practice management team. Significant chair-side experience and excellent team building and leadership skills are a must. Directors are the primary care provider of a generous patient flow in addition to working cooperatively with and mentoring associates. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work with our specialists to expand growth in specialty departments within the practice. In-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics are available, facilitating access to complete dental care for patients. Providers are responsible for the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of demonstrated success in a fee-for-service practice
• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental AssociationCommission on Dental Accreditation(ADA CODA)
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification

Annual Rate

$250,000 - $400,000 USD
