As an RN- Cont I, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delegate and teach patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to meet patient goals and manage variances.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
