Job summary

Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Clinical Decision Unit to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and seamless unit coordination. You will partner with management to monitor nursing care, support admission/discharge processes, and drive improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience is required.
• Hospital nursing experience is preferred.
• Current RN licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing (eNLC may apply).
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification is required.
• National Certification in area of specialty is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
