Job summary

AbbVie currently seeks a data systems professional to advance clinical trial information management. You will design and deliver integrated EDC solutions, driving data standards and ensuring regulatory compliance across programs and studies.

The role requires hands‑on Medidata RAVE experience, strong CDASH/SDTM knowledge, and the ability to coach a matrixed team while coordinating across CDO and program partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years hands‑on technical study build in EDC; experience with Medidata RAVE required; Veeva EDC a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of clinical trial processes and CDASH (Required) and SDTM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce common data standards; ensure systems designs meet protocol requirements.
• Design and deliver clinical trial systems; optimize data flow and end‑user experience.
• Coordinate with CDO and cross‑functional teams to meet program objectives; maintain regulatory compliance.
• Coach team members and lead cross‑functional innovation and process improvements.
