Qualifications

• BS in a relevant field and 3+ years of clinical database programming or data management experience.
• Experience with Veeva CDMS, Veeva EDC, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong SQL programming and data extraction skills.
• Understanding of FDA/ICH-GCP regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical database programming activities for assigned studies.
• Design, build, configure, test, and maintain EDC databases per study specs.
• Develop edit checks, derivations, form logic, and data quality controls.
• Create and maintain data transfer specifications and external data integrations.
• Perform loading, reconciliation, and processing of non-CRF data from external sources.
• Partner with study teams to define data collection requirements and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Enforce data standards and data integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
• Review data management plans, CRFs, and related study documents.
• Support milestones with timely delivery of complete, accurate data; assist with database lock and audits.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL/SAS or other tools.
• Troubleshoot programming issues and serve as SME for clinical database programming and EDC.
