Job summary

Katalyst CRO is hiring for a data programming role focused on eCOA/eDC implementations and data integration for clinical trials. The position requires hands-on programming with eCOA/eDC, eSource or Direct Data Capture, and designing electronic CRF screens aligned with clinical protocols.

The role involves collaborating across business units, ensuring accurate data warehouse mappings, and supporting regulatory submissions. Indianapolis-based, full-time on-site opportunity.

Qualifications

  • Programming experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, JSON, SpEL.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
  • Proficiency in HTML, data mapping and understanding of database structures.
  • Experience using GitLab utilities.
  • Rapid learner of new technology trends.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and influence eCOA design specifications to enable successful trial implementation.
  • Program and test data collection systems and associated data repository mappings for trials.
  • Ensure data collection systems and data warehouse mappings are delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Partner with Clinical Build Programmer to ensure complete data build for trial data collection needs.
  • Provide insights into study-level deliverables (Data Management Plan, Project Plan, database, datasets).
  • Support submission, inspection and regulatory response activities.
  • Lead cross Business Unit/Therapeutic Area projects with high complexity.
  • Hands-on experience as programmer in eCOA/eDC, eSource or Direct Data Capture.
  • Design of electronic CRF screens to capture Clinical data and validations.
  • Understand Clinical Protocols and clinical terminologies for specs.
  • Familiarity with clinical data tools and workflows for data collection, testing and validation.
  • Analyze impact and implement post-production changes to study design.
  • Data analytics and visualizations.
  • Articulate data flow from patient to analysis and apply to data solutions.
  • Decide technology platform for data acquisition and aggregation.
