Job summary

Rho Inc. is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to partner with multidisciplinary teams across a project life cycle to ensure data management is thoughtfully planned and delivered promptly and with high quality.

You will drive CRF design, EDc testing, data cleaning and reconciliation, and oversee data acquisition, integration, and vendor data while mentoring team members and coordinating cross-functional efforts.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2–5 years of clinical data management experience.
• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and CRF design principles.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Independently designs CRFs and standard documentation.
• Supports data import setup and standard report development.
• Performs data review, cleaning, and reconciliation.
• Manages data acquisition, integrations, and vendor data.
• Executes lock/checklist and supports TMF readiness.
• Mentors new team members and leads cross-functional tasks.
