Job summary

PharPoint Research, Inc. seeks an experienced Data Management professional to execute clinical data management tasks and mentor interns. You will review study documentation, ensure data accuracy, and support QA through queries and testing.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, handling data entry, maintaining data integrity, and assisting in staff development. The role requires an AA/AS degree with ideally a BA/BS and 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Education satisfies life science or related fields; AA/AS required, BA/BS preferred.
• Experience in clinical data management and data review processes.
• Familiarity with databases, DMPs, and data quality control.

Responsibilities

• Execute data management tasks within study timelines and SOPs.
• Review study materials to understand study-specific data conventions.
• Perform data entry and reconcile project files for accuracy.
• Investigate data anomalies and generate data queries as needed.
• Provide training and mentorship to Data Management Interns.
• Prepare test data and document results for project leads.
