Qualifications

• Minimum: Demonstrated experience structuring unclassified medical data from unstructured clinical text and mapping data elements to standard vocabularies (5 years).
• Minimum: Experience extracting, querying, and analyzing data from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (5 years).
• Minimum: Experience validating EHR data through triangulation with other data sources (5 years).
• Minimum: Experience documenting clinical workflows and data management in healthcare environments (5 years).
• Minimum: Ability to communicate clinical insights to non-technical audiences (5 years).

Responsibilities

• Clinical workflow documentation with standardization across state facilities.
• Data extraction, analysis and visualization to inform practice and leadership decisions.
• Validation and testing of EHR updates from a user perspective.
• Direct support to medical staff as a clinical point of contact for EHR-related requests.
