Job summary

Medpace in Cincinnati is seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Data Coordinator to join our Data Management team. You will work on data entry, validation, and reconciliation across studies, contributing to the accuracy of clinical trial data.

The Data Management Training & Development program provides hands-on training, workshops, and direct mentoring to new hires, helping you grow in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related field with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel and Word; ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Experience with research and statistical data preferred in pharmaceutical/CRO setting.

Responsibilities

• Validate entry database designs
• Report metrics and data trends on projects
• Identify data conflicts and issues on projects
• Work with personnel from global research sites to resolve data conflicts
• Reconcile data from multiple sources
• Create and update study documentation on projects
• Participate as part of a team on various projects
