Job summary

Jackson Health System is seeking a Clinical Data Coordinator to manage a range of clinical data projects, from report creation to system testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

The role requires communicating complex information to management and end users, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely MDS and care-plan updates, Medicare/Medicaid reporting, and VOCA/TRN duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years as a Cardiovascular RN preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical data projects and create reports.
• Develop care plans and assess residents quarterly.
• Ensure accurate medical records and coding for reimbursement.
• Transmit timely reports to the national Medicare and Medicaid databases.
• Lead meetings with the multidisciplinary team and families.
• Support VOCA Trauma Recovery Network duties as needed.
• Identify and refer victims to Thriving Mind South Florida.
