Job summary

BayMark Health Services, BAART Programs, seeks a Compassionate Counselor Supervisor to oversee Counselors and Interns delivering treatment and casework in adherence to laws and BayMark policies. The role ensures timely documentation of services and identifies additional needs for patients.

Qualifications

• Requires Kansas LMAC or LCAC license and supervision experience with Associate Level counselors.
• Experience supervising counselors on developing and updating ASI, PCPs, Crisis Plans, etc.
• Strong tracking skills with spreadsheets (Excel, pivot tables, etc.).
• Knowledge of quality assurance file reviews and peer audits, including CARF requirements.
• Ability to communicate positively with staff and patients; demonstrate patience and empathy.
• Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

Qualifications
