Job summary

Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for the Vocational Nursing Program at our Van Nuys, CA Campus. This is an on-campus, full-time position with salary in the mid-five figures.

The role focuses on managing clinical rotations, site communications, and teaching responsibilities as needed. The successful candidate will hold a California RN or LVN license with a Bachelor’s degree and teaching credentials, coordinating clinical experiences while supporting program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for LVN/RN faculty candidates.
• Current California RN or LVN license required.
• Teaching credential or active teaching coursework required.
• Minimum three years nursing experience (RN or LVN) within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical placements and rotations at affiliated sites.
• Maintain communications with clinical sites and program leadership.
• Assist in teaching didactic, clinical, and lab components as needed.
• Support clinical site acquisition and ongoing site maintenance.
