Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a RN Supervisor for off-shift clinical units under the director's guidance. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate care, and manage unit resources to support safe, efficient patient care.

The role requires a BSN, Texas RN license, BLS, and PALS within six months of hire, with bilingual ability preferred. You will mentor staff, drive quality initiatives, and collaborate across shifts to maintain continuity and high standards.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Texas.
• BSN required or completed within three years in position.
• BLS required at hire; PALS within six months of hire.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) and ability to read English.

Responsibilities

Job description

Under the direction and supervision of the director, supervises the off-shift functions of the clinical units. Assists with or conducts delegated projects, assumes managerial responsibilities including supervision and evaluation of patient care and nursing Employees.Assumes responsibility for clinical resources and coordinates preceptor activities. Assists director in development, implementation, and evaluation of unit-specific systems/activities, which result in organizational improvement. Coordinates activities between shifts and clinical areas to ensure continuity of patient care.Provides clinical patient care to patients utilizing the nursing process.
