They perform intake evaluations, meet with clients on a regular basis, and interface with various stakeholders invested in the well‑being of the client. In addition, they work with the PHS team both in/out of clinical rounds and participate in ongoing quality improvement work to optimize clinical and operational efficiencies.

  4. Performs ongoing consultation, liaison and informational activities with relevant external health care professionals, attorneys, medical leaders, regulatory bodies, and client monitors working with PHS monitoring and pre‑monitoring clients. Meets regularly with assigned clients, confirms client is compliant with contract/agreement provisions, provides solution‑focused interventions, and responds accordingly when client status changes or deteriorates. Meetings with PHS clients will occur virtually, or in Waltham depending on the needs of the PHS program and clients.

In conjunction with others on the PHS team, responds quickly and appropriately to positive, late, and missed tests and other indications of noncompliance.
  7. Provides appropriate support, education, and referrals to family members of PHS participants.
  8. Attends regular PHS team meetings, Clinical Advisory Committee meetings, and other PHS sponsored meetings and events.
  9. Participates in conference calls with the PHS professional staff, General Counsel, and other staff members, as necessary. Communicates proactively about updated case information regarding active clients at and between meetings. Consults with PHS physicians and other team members in developing actionable recommendations for participants with active and current concerns.
