Provide guidance and support to staff, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, participate in staffing and patient care planning, supervise documentation, and coordinate patient care activities.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, respond to emergencies, and educate patients and families about dialysis and related treatments.
Supervise staff performance, assist with hiring, and promote a safe, efficient work environment.
RN license, minimum 12 months nursing experience with 6 months in dialysis, CPR certification, excellent communication skills, supervisory experience preferred.
Includes desk work, patient interactions, and facility travel, with exposure to healthcare environment conditions.
Oversees direct patient care staff and ward clerk as assigned.
