Molina Healthcare is seeking a lead-level clinical support professional to enhance care management, utilization management, and related programs. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality and cost-effective member care in a variety of settings.

The role requires active clinical licensure (as applicable) and strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities to drive adherence to policies and achieve positive member outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years experience in health care with 2+ years in managed care areas.
• RN/LVN/LPN/LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/LMSW with active state license if required by contract/regulation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of community resources.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide lead level clinical support to healthcare services team across multiple functions.
• Resolve issues and complaints in day-to-day operations and escalate as needed.
• Train healthcare services staff according to department policies.
• Manage a minimal caseload and support ongoing member cases.
• Collaborate with leadership and other staff to address operational issues.
