Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a Clinical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care, assess health needs, coordinate treatment, and monitor clinical conditions in collaboration with the healthcare team.

The role includes performing assessments, developing care plans, administering medications, monitoring vitals, and educating patients and families. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current and active RN license in the applicable state.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications as applicable.
• Previous clinical or acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, labs, and changes in patient condition.

• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and clinical emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection-control, patient safety, and clinical standards.
