Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and MA training program completion.
• At least 2 years of experience as a medical assistant or similar clinical support role.
• Current Medical Assistant certification (AAMA, AMT, ARMA, NCCT, NHA, NAHP, AMCA) or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Supports patient care by performing clinical and administrative tasks in outpatient and ambulatory care settings.
• Assists healthcare providers with patient intake, routine procedures and documentation.
• Ensures a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients.
