Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Support Supervisor to staff, supervise, and train in behavioral support services across Pennsylvania.

The role includes reviewing essential documents, attending meetings, and providing supervision for behavior specialists and direct support professionals. Responsibilities include screening candidates, supervising notes, developing goals, and coaching staff in BSP and CIP implementation while ensuring strong family and client partnerships

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work or Psychology.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a training role presenting to groups.
• 1 year supporting adults with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to manage a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates by phone to identify qualified applicants.
• Review staff notes and ensure completion and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain clinically appropriate goals.
• Collaborate with families and individuals for clear communication.
• Model professional ethics and supervise BSP and CIP development.
• Train contractors and direct staff to implement BSP interventions.
• Provide coverage for Behavioral Support Services across the region.
• Follow company processes and the KFS approach.
